Since I first played the Addams Family Pinball Machine when I was young, I always wanted to have my own pinball machine, as I was really passionate about these retro devices and the first retro games and arcades in general. I fulfilled this dream in 2020, where I bought a 1986 Pin-Bot pinball machine, which was one of the earlier digital-display pinball machines. I fully overhauled and restored the hardware of the machine and fixed and replaced any broken parts to get it good looking and playable again. It is fascinating to see the minimal hardware on which the game logic was implemented, as it is among the earliest computers that were built into these retro machines.
